This philosophy applies fully to our downloadable models: CosmicFish, CosmicFish-HRM, EvoTalk, and the open-source local EvoMind model. Our cloud-hosted EvoMind API, described in the section below, works differently and necessarily involves some data collection to function — we explain exactly what, and why, so there are no surprises.

Downloadable Models: What We Don't Collect

For CosmicFish, CosmicFish-HRM, EvoTalk, and the local (open-source) EvoMind model, downloaded and run on your own device:

  • Personal Information: We don't collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal identifiers.
  • Usage Data: We don't track how you use these models, what prompts you enter, or what outputs you generate.
  • Device Information: We don't collect device IDs, IP addresses, location data, or any technical information about your system.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We don't use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking technologies for these products.

How Our Downloadable Models Work

  1. Download Locally: You download our AI models directly to your device.
  2. Process Offline: All AI processing happens on your device, completely offline.
  3. Data Stays Local: Your inputs and outputs never leave your device or reach our servers.

EvoMind API: What We Collect

EvoMind API (evomind.mistyoz.com) is a cloud-hosted, API-only moderation service, separate from our downloadable models. Because it processes content on our servers rather than on your device, it necessarily involves limited data collection. This section describes exactly what we collect and why.

Account Information

To create an EvoMind API account, you sign in with Google. As part of this, we collect and store:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your Google account ID

We use this information solely to operate your account, including authentication, credit tracking, and responding to support requests.

Usage & Billing Metadata

We collect the minimum metadata needed to operate the API and enforce billing:

  • Timestamps of API requests
  • Remaining credit balance

We do not log or store the content (text, images, or other data) you submit for moderation, and we do not log the specific outputs of your moderation requests.

Content Submitted for Moderation

When you send content to the EvoMind API to be moderated, that content is transmitted to our servers (hosted on a third-party cloud provider) to generate a moderation result, and is not stored, logged, or retained by us afterward. We do not use submitted content to train or improve our models.

Payments

Paid usage on the EvoMind API is billed through a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment card details or other payment credentials ourselves; these are handled directly by our payment processor under their own privacy practices.

Third Parties Involved

Operating the EvoMind API involves the following third parties:

  • Google — for Google Sign-In authentication
  • Our cloud hosting provider — for running the API and transiently processing submitted content
  • Our payment processor — for handling paid credit purchases

We do not use any other third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking pixels in connection with the EvoMind API.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your EvoMind API account and associated data (name, email, Google ID) at any time by contacting us at contact@mistyoz.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Website Usage

When you visit our website (outside of the EvoMind API service):

  • We don't use cookies or tracking technologies
  • We don't collect any analytics or usage statistics
  • We don't store any information about your visit
